He started work as an Electrician in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia in 1979. So it&#8217;s time to turn off the alarm clock and hit the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Leanne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Leanne has been semi-retired after she was made redundant in 2019.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2>Plans <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-container-3 wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-container-1 wp-block-column\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>5 years ago we started planning what we wanted to do in retirement. We got a car (Hilux), then Covid came along and changed plans.
